Alejandro Gac-Artigas founded Springboard Collaborative in 2011 to close the literacy gap by coaching teachers, training family members, and cultivating reading habits. An alumnus of Teach for America and McKinsey & Company, he is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including the Claneil Emerging Leaders distinction, the People of Promise award from America’s Promise, and being named one of Forbes’ “30 Under 30.”
