Eric Glustrom is transforming education worldwide as the founder of Watson Institute and Educate!. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Watson Institute is a new, revolutionary university model that enables the next generation of innovators, leaders and social entrepreneurs to earn their degree in social entrepreneurship while simultaneously building social enterprises to solve the toughest challenges facing the world. Previously, Glustrom founded Educate!, a mentorship-based leadership and entrepreneurship program that has significantly influenced the national curriculum and exam of Uganda and Rwanda.
