LAB -
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
The CTA is a central part of life for anyone who lives in Chicago. Nearly everyone in the city has interacted with a bus driver or train operator, but it’s easy to ignore all of the planning, support and communication that goes into running the system. At this Lab, will get a behind-the-scenes look at the CTA’s control room, and learn about how the organization is using technology and innovation to make its service better for the entire city. Participants will walk away with an intimate understanding of everything that the CTA is doing to make your commute less painful.
*Must be 18 years or older to attend. Wear closed-toe shoes.
