LAB -
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
The Institute for Nonviolence Chicago was established in 2016 to work to reduce violence in our city, where approximately 10 people are injured or murdered by gunfire every day. Join leaders from Nonviolence Chicago and other organizations that make up the Communities Partnering 4 Peace program. They’ll give you an introduction to nonviolence training, detail a road map for violence prevention in Chicago, and share key findings from initiatives in Chicago and and other major US cities.
