Accenture: Seamless Retail: Are You Offering Your Customer a Seamless Experience?
Visit the Accenture Customer Innovation Lab to learn how customers are more connected than ever before and how they are demanding a convergence of retail channels. Enabling this experience has deep impacts from the factory to the shelf. With this focus, we’ll discuss some of the key trends in consumer behavior and impacts they’re having in retail. We will also provide a Customer Challenge that will allow the participants to engage with retailers and consumer goods companies through a digital experience.
