Any good fisherman can show you how to slice and dice a bass or bluegill. But Chef Al from Butcher & Burger isn?t just any fisherman. Breaking down a variety of seafood step-by-step, he will teach basic and advanced seafood preparation; and provide great techniques for fresh and simple meals. Finish the lab with dinner consisting of a freshly ground seafood burger option. Hosted by: Chef Allen Sternweiler, Owner *REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 or older to participate. Closed toed shoes required.
