Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Chicago Ideas Week is an annual celebration of innovative ideas. But putting together Chicago Ideas Week is no easy feat. The annual celebration requires a great deal of planning, collaboration and elbow grease. Take a behind-the-scenes tour before the week's Life’s Big Questions Talk and learn about everything that goes into creating the week, which brings together more than 150 speakers and tens of thousands of attendees to activate change. After the tour, attendees will attend the talk, bringing the experience full circle.
