Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
How do you make a work of Greek Antiquity relevant to a 21st century audience? At this Lab, you’ll go behind the scenes with the producers and director of the Court Theatre’s radical production of Oedipus Rex to see how they’re bringing this ancient classic to life with the tools of our own history and Chicago's past. Then, attendees will see how it all comes together on stage as they watch a full performance of the play.
