Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
Go behind the scenes of the architectural process with the Chicago Architecture Center in this immersive Lab that will teach you how to use design solutions to tackle challenges in your everyday life. After an introduction to the design process, you’ll break out into groups for a design challenge, building, brainstorming, testing, and rebuilding your ideas with the experts at the Center. In the end, you’ll understand more deeply how architecture is not only designing buildings and structures, but intertwined with elegantly solving real-life challenges.
Must be 18 or older and provide valid ID.
