    LAB - Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

    An old idea can find new life right here in Chicago. Each morning, Floriole bakes fresh bread and pastries using the best local, natural and sustainable ingredients. Enjoy a tour and a demo with pastry Chef Sandra Holl while savoring bread treats crafted with fresh ingredients provided by local farms.

    *REQUIREMENTS: Must be 10 or older to participate. Any participant under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Must wear closed toed shoes. No outside food or drink allowed.

    About the Organization:
    Floriole began as a stand at Chicago's famed Green City Market, where for 5 years we sold our rustic French pastries in a tent.  In 2010 we opened our beautiful cafe and bakery.  Our menu now includes breads, sandwiches, salads, and more pastries. We remain committed to using the best ingredients available.
