    Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

    Each morning, Floriole bakes fresh bread and pastries using the best local, natural and sustainable ingredients the season has to offer. Tour the lovely shop and discover the pride of the harvest during a baking demo with pastry chef Sandra Holl. Attendees will also enjoy treats crafted with fresh ingredients provided by local farms.

    Requirements: Please wear closed toe shoes.

    Parking: We have free street parking surrounding the cafe. Public Transportation: We are conveniently located a few blocks from the Fullerton Red/Brown line stop. Access: They will enter through the cafe doors and check in right when they arrive. Photo and Video Restrictions: Photos and video OK Dress Code: They will need to wear closed toe shoes, other than that they may wear whatever they like. Age Restriction: 18 or older Handicap Accessible: Yes
