    What can jelly beans teach you about your brain? A lot if you're talking to experimental psychologist and CIW speaker Charles Spence! Join us for a hands-on tasting unlike anything you've experienced before. Spence will introduce you to the science behind taste as you sample a variety of foods and examine the importance of factors like crunch, color, smell and context. You'll leave with a new appreciation for what you eat and a greater understanding of your own individual perception of taste.
