    LAB - Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

    Ever wonder how craft brewers come up with such great ideas for beers? Join Goose Island Beer Co. to learn how brewmaster Brett Porter and his team came up with their innovative line of sour beers. Finish the night with sour sister tasting (Juliet, Madame Rose, Lolita, Gillian and Halia) straight from the aging barrels.
