    LAB - Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

    Get a glimpse into one of Chicago's most prominent and impactful charities. The Greater Chicago Food Depository makes an impact every day by distributing food to a network of 650 programs across Cook County. The Producemobile delivers fruit and vegetables to more than 40 sites monthly. See the program in action, lend a hand and learn more about hunger in Chicago.

    Parking: Street parking surrounding Greater Chicago Food Depository Public Transportation: Take the Orange Line to the Pulaski station. Get on the Pulaski bus north for about a mile to Ann Lurie Place. Walk one block west to the Food Depository. Access: Enter through main entrance. Security Information or Pre-Lab Attendee Screening: No Photo and Video Restrictions: No Photos or Videos Dress Code: Volunteers must wear long pants, shirts with sleeves (no tank tops) and close-toed shoes. You will not be permitted to volunteer if you are wearing sandals or shorts/ short skirt. Age Restriction: 18 or older Handicap Accessible: No
