IDEO: Design Thinking 101
Since 1991, IDEO designers have been using "Design Thinking”—a human-centered, design-based approach to developing innovative ideas. In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of Design Thinking, such as understanding user needs, ideation, concept development, prototyping and eliciting feedback.

Access: Attendees will enter at 626 W. Jackson Blvd. (at the corner of Jackson & DesPlaines). They will check in on the first floor and will take the elevator to our 7th floor offices. The building is handicap accessible.
