John G. Shedd Aquarium: Sustainable Gardens
Gardening is no longer business as usual. The introduction of natural garden spaces into home and public has brought with it some new maintenance practices. About the Organization:
The John G. Shedd Aquarium, a not-for-profit institution dedicated to public education and
conservation, cares for more than 32,500 animals representing nearly 1,500 species from
around the world. Beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Michigan, Shedd Aquarium
welcomes more than 2 million guests annually.
