Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
You’ll learn about Chicago history and cultural via food on a walking tour of Logan Square with Steve Dolinsky—Chicago’s Hungry Hound—that will take you to the neighborhood’s most delicious locations. Meet restaurant owners, learn about the foods and individuals who make up the Logan Square community, and sample a wide variety of Logan Square’s food specialties. The tour will kick off at Parson’s Chicken and Fish, head to Katherine Anne Confections and finish at Dos Urbana Cantina. Consider wearing a pair of stretch pants to this culinary gauntlet!
