Join Eataly cheesemonger and mozzarella maker David Malzahn for a behind-the-scenes look at Eataly's mozzarella lab. Our expert cheesemonger will demonstrate how to make creamy, chewy mozzarella from curds and boiling salted water before leading guests in a hands-on workshop. You’ll leave armed with the skills to recreate this classic, Italian delicacy in your own home.
