The Gift of Empathy, presented by MillerCoors

    Friday, Oct 20, 2017 2:30 - 4:30 PM @ Fred and Adolph's Pub at MillerCoors
This event is over! Please check the 2017 schedule.
    Lab
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

We’ve graduated into a new business age—one that demands human empathy and deep cultural understanding in order to create powerful, emotional connections with consumers. MillerCoors is using this kind of empathy to bring more humanity to the business of beer. At this Lab, get both a literal and figurative taste of how MillerCoors is “brewing” a culture of empathy. Attendees will learn a framework that they can use to hone their own empathy capabilities, and get hands-on practice in building empathy with fellow lab-mates (over a beer in the company’s rooftop pub in the Loop).

*Must be 21 or older to attend and have valid ID.
