Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.
More than 10,000 people take SoulCycle classes everyday to release stress, burn fat, tone muscle, find joy in movement and change their bodies and lives. Join us at this Lab at the company’s Southport Avenue location for an afternoon class followed by a talk on their roof deck with instructor and lifestyle blogger Hallie Wilson from Corals and Cognacs. Drink juice, eat some light bites and discover how some of SoulCycle’s key figures have managed to make their passion their profession.
*Must be 18 or older to attend. Wear workout clothes. Attendees should arrive at 12:30pm—the Lab will begin at 12:45pm.
