    Lab
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Liberationist is a Change Leadership School, dedicated to helping individuals and teams embrace change and advance in ways both personal and professional. Lead by Gustavo Razzetti, this experimental workshop will show attendees different paths toward progress, showing people how to adjust their mindset in order to push past mental roadblocks. The workshop includes exercises on self-awareness, taking ownership, experimentation and gaining your own superpower. This Lab will include activities meant to mobilize a team as well as recognize the tools intrinsic to moving forward. Come ready to learn and be prepared for a change.
