LAB - Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Learn the difference between deconstruced stew and meat and potatoes with gravy at this unique Lab with Kendall College. Attendees will get a hands-on presentation with the school's chef Michael Coatrieux to understand the science and art of deconstruction in food. Discover how changing the location and texture of each ingredient in a traditional dish (in this coase bouillabaisse) can enhance hit and change its experience while keeping the same flavors.

*Must be 21 or older to attend. Wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and pull back long hair.
