    Lab
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Located on Chicago’s South Side, Method is one of the most eco-friendly factories in the city (and the country). It’s also home to the 'World's Largest Rooftop Farm' which is owned by Gotham Greens. At this Lab, attendees will get a chance to see both. Discover how Method and Gotham Greens sustainably produce their products, how an urban greenhouse of such scale functions and even brew some bubbles during a soap-making workshop.

*Must be 16 years or older to attend. Wear closed toe shoes, long pants and shirt, and minimal jewelry. This event is not ADA accessible.
