This event is over! Please check the 2017 schedule.
    Lab
Reserved for Premier-level Members and Sponsors, Premier Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Ashley Melillo is the talented author of “Blissful Basil” and “A Chicago local.” At this lab, attendees will uncover how food affects mental health and how going vegan helped the author cope with her anxiety. Get ready to put on your chef’s hat as you collaborate with Melillo on a delicious vegan dish. The founder of Ullo will also be on hand, providing vegan wine that will pair with the meal.

*Must be 21 and older to attend.
