    Lab
Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Based in Pilsen, the Darshan Center is dedicated to the study, preservation and teaching of the principles of Yoga, Vedic science and Tantra. Created by Jim Kulackoski, the Darshan Method has been used by people from all walks of life—from CEOs to artists to athletes—to achieve optimal performance. This Lab will explore the science of meditation, with Kulackoski leading participants through an exploration of the mind, attention and their own consciousness. Attendees will learn simple yet powerful meditation techniques they can apply to their daily routine to enhance their lives, allowing them to leave with an understanding of who and what they are, and how to live in the most peaceful and powerful manner.

*Wear comfortable clothes for stretching and moving. This event is not ADA accessible.
