LAB - Labs bring together small groups for an exclusive, first-hand look into what happens behind the scenes at some of the most innovative companies, community leaders and institutions around Chicago.

Based in Pilsen, the Darshan Center is dedicated to the study, preservation and teaching of the principles of Yoga, Vedic science and Tantra. Created by Jim Kulackoski, the Darshan Method has been used by people from all walks of life—from CEOs to artists to athletes—to achieve optimal performance in their career while promoting health, balance and purpose in their daily life. In this Lab, Kulackoski will lead participants through the Darshan Method, walking them through yoga poses unique to this approach. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how the Darshan Method works, a deeper connection to their body and a better understand of how to maintain health and healing in their lives through yoga.
