Major General Marcia Anderson is Deputy Chief of the Army Reserve, and the highest ranking African-American Woman in the history of the U.S. Army. As a citizen-Soldier she is employed by the U.S. Courts, where she serves as the Clerk of Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Wisconsin.
