    Micaela is a Mitchell Scholar completing her MBA at the Smurfit School at University College Dublin and completed her MPP at Harvard Kennedy School. In 2017, Micaela will launch The Kelsey (www.thekelsey.org), reimagining housing for people of all abilities by creating inclusive, urban housing developments where individuals with and without disabilities live, play, and build communities together.

    At Harvard, Micaela was a New World Social Enterprise Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership where she designed The Kelsey. She was a 2015 research fellow for the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, publishing Disability Housing: What’s Happening, What’s Working, What’s Needed? Micaela is the former CEO of Unified Theater (www.unifiedtheater.org), an organization she founded at age 15. She was a 2012 BHSI Fellow at Chicago Ideas Week for her work with Unified Theater.
