    Arvind Narayanan is an assistant professor of computer science at Princeton University. He studies information privacy, security and technology policy, with recent research showing that data anonymization is broken in fundamental ways. He is one of the researchers behind the "Do Not Track" proposal, a technology and policy proposal that enables users to opt out of tracking by websites they do not visit. His most recent research is on the use of web measurement to uncover how companies are using our personal information.
