    Ayman Mohyeldin

    Foreign Correspondent, NBC News; Anchor, MSNBC

    Ayman Mohyeldin is an anchor for MSNBC and NBC News' foreign correspondent. He has covered the Middle East extensively since the September 11 attacks and for two years was the only foreign correspondent living and based in the Gaza Strip. He has also lived and reported in Iraq during country's post-war insurgency.

    Most recently, he has covered the wave of terror attacks in Europe and the Middle East. In addition, Mohyeldin has covered the Arab Spring on the ground in Egypt, Lybia, Tunisia and Syria. He has covered the war in eastern Ukraine and nuclear tensions in Asia. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and has lectured at universities and institutes around the world where he has received numerous journalistic honors and awards.

    His social media accounts are among the most followed of any international journalists and Ayman has been named as one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World.
