    Belén Alonso es una chef e investigadora de gastronomía reconocida mundialmente. Anteriormente, fue una miembro de la Facultad del Cordon Bleu de Francia. Ahora, Alonso trabaja en la Facultad de la Escuela de Turismo de la Universidad Anáhuac. Abrió su primer restaurante, Maison Belén, en el 2010.

    (Belén Alonso is a world-renowned chef and researcher of Gastronomy. Formerly a faculty member at the Cordon Bleu in France, Alonso currently serves on the faculty in the School of Tourism at the Universidad Anáhuac. She opened her first restaurant, Maison Belén in 2010.)
