    Chris Lintott is an astronomer at the University of Oxford, and a visiting scholar at the Adler Planetarium where he works with the Citizen Science Department he founded. A passionate advocate for the public understanding of science, he is best known as co-presenter of the BBC's Sky at Night and as principal investigator of Zooniverse, the world's largest and most successful platform for scientific volunteering online. Asteroid number 4937 is named 'Lintott' in his honour.
