    Josephine Potuto

    Professor, University of Nebraska College of Law

    Jo Potuto consults, presents, publishes and testifies on sports law issues. She is the University of Nebraska’s Larson Professor of Constitutional Law, as well as the faculty athletic representative. She chaired the NCAA Committee on Infractions and served on the Management Council. She was president of the 1A FAR, advisor to the Uniform Law Commissioners Athlete Agents Act and project director for its Model Sentencing and Corrections Act. She was reporter for the Nebraska Supreme Court’s criminal jury instructions project and served on the Federal Practice Committee and Civil Justice Advisory Group. She is a member of the American Law Institute.
