    Professor of Black Popular Culture, Duke University

    Mark Anthony Neal is a Professor in the Department of African & African-American Studies at Duke University. He is the author of five books including the recently published "Looking for Leroy: Illegible Black Masculinities" and co-editor of "That's the Joint!: The Hip-Hop Studies Reader."
