    Sarah Robb O'Hagan

    Executive, activist and entrepreneur, Sarah Robb O’Hagan is chief executive officer of the fast-growing indoor cycling company Flywheel Sports, where she’s leading the transformation of the business through digital content and services. Named one of Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women in Sports” and Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business,” she is also the founder of the “Extreme Living” movement, which empowers people of all ages to overcome roadblocks and even failures to “kick ass all the way to success.” She is the author of the book Extreme You: Step Up. Stand Out. Kick Ass. Repeat.

    Previously, Robb O’Hagan served as the Global President of Gatorade as well as the Global President of Equinox. Prior to those positions, she was as a key member of the Nike team that launched the game-changing innovation Nike Plus in collaboration with Apple. Before transitioning into the sports industry, she worked in marketing at Virgin Atlantic Airlines.

    Throughout her career, Robb O’Hagan has been recognized with many awards and honors including being named to the Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in three separate years, appearing on Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” list; and being awarded the Sir Peter Blake Trust Award for Outstanding Leadership. She has served on Hillary Clinton’s US State Department Council to Empower Women and Girls through Sports and as a trustee of Billie Jean King’s Women’s Sports Foundation. She also sits on the board of STRAV, the social network for athletes. As a proud Kiwi American, Sarah is an active member of the World Class New Zealand Network, and remains committed to helping her birth country’s development, international competitiveness and economic growth.
