The #TimesUp legal initiative was launched earlier this year to provide actionable steps for women across all industries who have been sexually harassed in the workplace.

Now, many women are asking a key question: Where do we go from here? Thus far, the movement has largely focused on celebrities and those who live in the spotlight, but advocates are working to help women in every single field tell their stories and make sexual offenders accountable. In a wide-ranging conversation on next steps we bring together leaders, on-the-ground activists and experts to answer this question and examine whether we are witnessing a cultural tipping point.
