Venture capitalists have played a huge role in spurring innovation among start-ups during the modern tech boom, but that’s not always the case for women-led start-ups. Male VCs are not as eager to invest in products and services for and by women, which leads to a culture of implicit sexism within the entrepreneur and start-up community.
